FPSA allows advisers the flexibility to choose their own financial planning software provider. As such, several packages are used across the group, including Xplan, VisiPlan and Coin.

FPSA’s preferred software provider is Xplan, based on the wide variety of features available including:

  • Portfolio modeling, construction and reporting
  • Insurance analysis and comparisons
  • Projections and scenario calculators
  • Super fund comparisons
  • Online application lodgement

FPSA has also invested significant resources in developing time-saving wizards in Xplan, which include the SoA and Fact Find wizards. These provide the benefit of adding efficiency to advisers’ practices by reducing the time taken to create these documents and improving compliance.
